What kind of insurance does each car have?
Every car in our fleet comes with comprehensive insurance included in the rate.
What does “comprehensive insurance” actually cover?
If you’re at fault in an accident, you’re responsible for the excess amount only — not the full repair cost. If the accident isn’t your fault, you carry no liability.
Can I get full coverage (CDW) with no excess?
CDW is available on select cars for an added premium. Ask us when booking and we’ll confirm if it’s available for the car you want.
What’s the minimum age to rent a car?
21 years old. If you’re between 21–24, a 10% surcharge applies to the excess on any at-fault claim.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, taken as a pre-authorization hold on your credit card rather than a charge. The exact amount depends on the car — it’s listed on each car’s booking page.
Why is a deposit required?
Mainly to secure against traffic fines incurred during your rental period. Please stick to posted speed limits — the UAE has more speed cameras per mile than most countries.
When is my deposit released?
Your pre-authorization is released within 25 days of returning the car.
How will I know if I got a traffic fine during my rental?
Our team will reach out with the details of any ticket issued during your rental period.
Is there a daily mileage limit?
Yes — 300 km per day across the entire fleet. Extra kilometers are charged per km; ask us for the current rate on your car when you book.
Can I get the car delivered to the airport or another location?
Yes. Delivery anywhere in Dubai is free. Delivery elsewhere in the UAE is available too — ask us for details when you book.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving license and a copy of your Emirates ID or passport.
Can tourists rent without a UAE license?
Yes — a valid license from your home country or an International Driving Permit is accepted alongside your passport.
